This strategic leadership role offers the opportunity to shape and optimize global supply chain planning processes within a highly regulated and innovation-driven environment. The position focuses on building and governing end-to-end planning capabilities across demand, supply, production, inventory, and network operations to support enterprise-wide decision-making. Working cross-functionally with manufacturing, commercial, finance, IT, quality, and regulatory teams, you will help drive operational excellence and digital transformation initiatives on a global scale. The role combines process governance, systems enablement, performance optimization, and change management to strengthen planning maturity and scalability. You will play a critical role in advancing integrated S&OP and IBP capabilities while supporting complex multi-site manufacturing operations. This is an ideal opportunity for a supply chain leader who thrives in collaborative environments and enjoys driving large-scale transformation initiatives with measurable business impact.

Accountabilities:
  • Own and govern the end-to-end supply chain planning framework across demand planning, supply planning, production planning, inventory optimization, and network capacity management.
  • Define and standardize global planning processes, governance structures, operating models, decision rights, escalation pathways, and documentation standards.
  • Design, manage, and continuously improve the global S&OP process to ensure effective alignment between demand, supply, inventory, financial targets, and operational constraints.
  • Lead scenario planning initiatives and develop executive-ready recommendations that clearly communicate risks, trade-offs, and strategic implications.
  • Establish and monitor key planning performance indicators including forecast accuracy, service levels, inventory health, plan stability, and supply risk exposure.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven methodologies to enhance planning reliability, responsiveness, and operational efficiency.
  • Serve as the business process owner for ERP and advanced planning systems, supporting implementation, optimization, and digital transformation efforts.
  • Partner closely with IT and digital teams to translate business planning requirements into scalable system capabilities and process enhancements.
  • Govern enterprise master data standards to ensure accurate, compliant, and audit-ready planning processes within a regulated environment.
  • Collaborate across global manufacturing sites, external partners, commercial teams, finance, quality, and regulatory functions to support supply continuity and operational alignment.
  • Provide planning leadership for product launches, lifecycle management, network changes, and supply risk mitigation initiatives.
  • Lead organizational change management efforts, including training development, adoption strategies, and implementation of standardized best practices across the global network.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 6–10 years of experience leading digital or supply chain transformation initiatives within planning, manufacturing, logistics, or operations environments.
  • Strong expertise in end-to-end supply chain planning processes, including demand, supply, inventory, production, and network planning.
  • Experience with ERP and advanced planning systems such as SAP IBP, Kinaxis, OMP, SAP ERP, or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of supply chain visibility technologies, control tower solutions, cloud integrations, APIs, and enterprise data platforms.
  • Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Python, or R.
  • Strong understanding of S&OP / IBP governance frameworks and operational decision-making processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and influence stakeholders across complex global organizations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and change management skills.
  • Experience working in regulated industries such as biopharmaceuticals, healthcare, or life sciences is highly desirable.
  • Certifications such as APICS/CSCP, PMP, or Six Sigma are considered a plus.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation package aligned with experience and expertise.
  • Opportunity to contribute to large-scale global supply chain and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Collaborative and innovative work environment with strong cross-functional exposure.
  • Professional development opportunities including training, certifications, and career growth support.
  • Access to advanced technologies and enterprise-level planning systems.
  • Comprehensive healthcare and wellness benefits.
  • Retirement savings programs and additional financial benefits.
  • Flexible and supportive workplace culture focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Opportunity to work within a mission-driven organization focused on delivering impactful solutions globally.
