This field-based commercial leadership role focuses on driving strategic sales growth within the wound care and advanced biologics space across a defined regional territory. You will be responsible for developing and executing targeted sales strategies, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and expanding market adoption of innovative medical solutions. The role combines consultative selling, clinical understanding, and territory management in a fast-paced healthcare environment. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to share market insights, refine go-to-market approaches, and support broader commercial objectives. Success in this role requires strong autonomy, strategic thinking, and the ability to operate effectively within both clinical and sales-driven settings. It is an opportunity to directly impact patient care outcomes while contributing to the growth of advanced medical technologies.

Accountabilities:
  • Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies aligned with broader commercial objectives, ensuring effective targeting and ethical selling practices.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying new opportunities, strengthening existing customer relationships, and improving reimbursement strategy execution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, clinical stakeholders, and decision-makers within the wound care ecosystem.
  • Deliver presentations and use approved scientific and clinical materials to educate customers on product value and applications.
  • Track, analyze, and report sales performance, territory activity, and forecasting in alignment with organizational timelines.
  • Contribute market insights and competitive intelligence to support strategic planning and commercial decision-making.
  • Ensure all activities comply with corporate policies, ethical standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Support training, mentorship, and onboarding of field team members as needed, sharing best practices and field experience.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in wound care sales with progressively responsible roles in medical sales.
  • Strong background in the medical device, biotechnology, or biologics sectors preferred.
  • Experience with operating room, surgical, or VAC submission processes required.
  • Familiarity with skin substitute products strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to drive sales performance in complex healthcare environments and manage territory-based business independently.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated business acumen, strategic thinking, and ability to interpret market dynamics.
  • Experience in startup or mid-sized company environments is a plus.
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working in a highly autonomous field-based role.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary with performance-based incentives.
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Retirement savings plan options.
  • Company expense reimbursement for travel and field activities.
  • Opportunities for professional development, training, and field leadership exposure.
  • Access to innovative medical technologies within a high-growth healthcare segment.
  • Inclusive and globally connected work environment emphasizing collaboration and innovation.
  • Career advancement potential within a growing commercial organization.
