Requirements:
- Fluent in written and spoken Russian
- Professional working proficiency in written and spoken English
- Clear and warm communicator with a customer-focused approach
- Able to learn quickly and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work 5 days per week across different shift types (morning, evening, weekend), as operations run 24/7
- No previous customer service experience required; experience is a bonus
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers, courier partners, and venues across multiple countries via live chat and phone
- Help ensure smooth and efficient delivery operations
- Collaborate with the team and other Wolt departments to grow and improve our support function
