You will act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle, translating complex product capabilities into clear business value for both technical and legal stakeholders. Working closely with sales leaders, product experts, and engineering teams, you will shape tailored solutions that meet sophisticated client requirements. In this role, you will drive the technical and consultative aspects of enterprise sales, ensuring clients fully understand and adopt the platform’s value. You will combine deep product expertise with strategic sales execution to accelerate deal progression and long-term customer success.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on the Digital Enterprise Platform, including integrations, capabilities, and business applications.
- Lead technical discovery sessions, product demonstrations, and solution design discussions with clients and prospects.
- Partner with sales directors, engineers, and product teams to develop customized, high-impact client solutions.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools, from lead qualification through contract close.
- Develop strategic account plans and proactively identify opportunities for expansion within existing clients.
- Balance consultative engagement with a strong focus on revenue growth and sales performance.
The ideal candidate brings a strong background in SaaS or enterprise software sales, combined with the ability to operate confidently in technical and stakeholder-rich environments. You are a consultative seller who thrives on solving complex client challenges through tailored solutions.
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS, software, or enterprise technology sales, ideally within eDiscovery, legal tech, or data analytics.
- Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders such as CTOs, legal operations leaders, and procurement teams.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to identify needs and position tailored solutions effectively.
- Demonstrated success managing pipelines, executing account strategies, and consistently exceeding revenue targets.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, APIs, compliance tools, or data governance environments is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical topics.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field preferred.
