Power Platform Engineer

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Power Platform Engineer in United States.

This is an exciting opportunity for a technically skilled professional to design and deliver innovative Microsoft Power Platform solutions that support large-scale operational and business transformation initiatives. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable applications, automate workflows, and develop impactful business intelligence tools that improve organizational performance. The position offers a highly collaborative and mission-driven environment where technology is leveraged to solve complex real-world challenges. You will play a key role in shaping cloud governance practices while driving continuous improvement across enterprise systems and processes. Accountabilities:
  • Lead Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE) initiatives and support enterprise-wide Power Platform governance and best practices.
  • Design, develop, implement, and maintain scalable solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Build automation workflows that streamline business operations and improve efficiency across departments.
  • Develop visually engaging dashboards, reports, and analytics tools that support data-driven decision-making.
  • Integrate Power Platform applications with existing enterprise systems and data sources while ensuring seamless interoperability.
  • Establish and enforce security, compliance, and governance standards to maintain data integrity and operational reliability.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, training, and guidance to end users and internal teams.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize existing systems and stay current on emerging Microsoft Power Platform capabilities and updates.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Microsoft Power Platform certification required, including at minimum PL-900: Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals.
  • 3–5+ years of hands-on experience developing solutions using Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise integrations, cloud-based architectures, and Microsoft ecosystem technologies.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot technical challenges and deliver scalable, maintainable solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and working in collaborative, team-oriented environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Tier 4 Public Trust Clearance.
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license required, along with eligibility to complete government background investigations and employment screening processes.
