Job Description
Under the general direction of the Supervisor, this position is responsible for accurately carrying out assigned warehouse functions described within this job description. To perform this job successfully, an individual must have strong math skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, computer skills, and be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Individuals will be assigned one or more Primary Functions (Bulk Shipper, Hose Specialist and/or Tubing Specialist) and will be required to be a back-up for the other Primary Functions. - Accurately performs cycle counts on tubing.
- Verifies the accuracy of orders upon delivery including part number and quantity.
- Accurately receives incoming tubing using computer software.
- Verifies calibration of measurement tools used.
- Inspects for quality compliance using Inspection Method sheets and measurement tools.
- Reviews certification packages for compliance and completeness.
- Writes non-conforming material reports as necessary.
- Collaborates with vendors and suppliers to resolve discrepancies.
- Uses email to communication with Purchasing Department.
- Loads/unloads materials onto or from carts, boxes, and racks.
- Accurately uses computer software to accept/receive materials, print labels, and to log problems with receipts.
- Attaches identifying parts count tag and labels to materials.
- Transports materials to the appropriate warehouse stock location.
- Scans documents to company document system.
- Kits tubing for First Cut and Bend operations.
- Issues tubing to work orders sent to First Cut and Bending operation.
- Maintains accurate tubing inventory.
- Fill tubing material request and processes returns.
- Able to independently, accurately, and fluently use computer programs and websites to perform inventory transactions.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear.
- The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Education, Certifications, Licenses, & Registrations
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
