Own tax data lineage and reconciliations across platforms; monitor data quality, resolve breaks, and drive root-cause fixes.
- Stakeholder leadership, training, and development: Lead the tax operations service model across Tax, Accounting/Finance, Finance Technology, affiliates, and external providers with clear communication and documentation. Develop and implement training procedures; coach and develop team members, set standards, and provide feedback to ensure high-quality, compliant, and sustainable delivery.
