We are currently hiring CDL-A drivers for a dedicated Dollar Tree account based out of Joliet, IL. This is a great opportunity for drivers looking for strong weekly earnings and consistent freight.

Pay & Compensation
• Average weekly pay: $1,500 – $1,700
• Average annual pay: $75,000 – $100,000
• Top performers earn $2,000+ weekly
• Additional pay:

• $245 per unloaded trailer
• $70 backhaul pay
• $25 per stop

Mileage Pay
• 0–11 months: $0.82 CPM
• 12–23 months: $0.83 CPM
• 24–35 months: $0.84 CPM
• 36+ months: $0.85 CPM

Sign-On Bonus
• $2,500 total payout

Home Time
• Weekly 34-hour reset
• Weekends not guaranteed

Freight & Routes
• 100% touch freight
• Deliveries to Dollar Tree stores in IL, WI, IN, MI, IA, and KY
• Average 800–1,000 miles weekly

Equipment
• International and Freightliner tractors

Training
• 2-day ride along
• Paid at $150/day

Requirements
• CDL-A license
• Must be physically capable of unloading freight
• Must be flexible with schedules and workdays
• Drivers must park trucks at Markham Terminal or Dollar Tree Joliet DC
