Real Estate Attorney – Prince William, Virginia Established in the 1960’s, we are a mid-sized law firm that has 3 offices in Virginia and we focus on land use and zoning matters, real estate, eminent domain, commercial litigation, and trusts & estates.

Job duties:
· Represent clients in transactional real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, development, and financing. · Advise developers and property owners on real estate development projects and related legal requirements. · Draft, review, and negotiate purchase agreements, development agreements, leases, and other real estate contracts. · Conduct title examinations and review title commitments, surveys, easements, restrictions, and related property records.
Required:
· VA license· Recent real estate experience
