Responsible for all aspects of production including quality. Employee has the responsibility and authority to control quality.

Responsibilities and Authority

1 Operation of fork truck

2 Wear necessary personal protective equipment

3 Must have communication skills

4 Set line per job card and Forman/ Asst. Forman instructions

5 Inspect parts for rust or tape/writing and damage

6 Follow Winona Quality policy and procedures

7 Maintains acceptable housekeeping in areas of responsibility

8 Wear necessary personal protective equipment

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each of the principal duties and responsibilities satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and / or ability required.

Must be able to operate measuring devices (i.e. tape measure)

Education / Experience Requirements:

High school diploma or GED

Basic computer skills

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift to 50 pounds. Must be able to stand, walk, and bend repeatedly during the entire production shift. Additional physical demands include reaching and occasionally being able to lift to 60 pounds.
