This is a senior quality assurance role focused on ensuring that technology solutions meet high standards of reliability, performance, security, and user experience. You will lead testing strategies across the development lifecycle, combining manual and automated testing to identify and prevent defects. • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans covering products, services, and technical solutions, ensuring quality requirements are addressed throughout the development lifecycle.
• Perform both automated and manual testing to identify bugs, defects, performance issues, and other quality risks before implementation.
• Create detailed test scenarios based on functional and technical requirements and contribute to defining quality criteria for new solutions.
• Work closely with development and technical teams to investigate issues, communicate findings clearly, and ensure defects are resolved before release.
• Document test cases, execution results, defects, and quality findings while providing actionable feedback to development stakeholders.
• Support the definition and evolution of QA strategies, including test automation approaches and quality assurance standards.
• Participate in quality reviews and discussions, communicating testing progress, risks, issues, and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor product quality and performance after implementation, providing ongoing QA support and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Stay current with emerging QA methodologies, automation tools, security practices, and industry standards, applying relevant improvements to testing processes.
• Provide senior-level QA guidance and contribute to quality initiatives that support technical teams and broader business objectives.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; postgraduate education or specialization in a relevant area is desirable.
• Advanced professional experience in quality assurance, with strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and quality management practices.
• Experience developing QA strategies and leading or coordinating testing activities across technology projects.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of both manual and automated testing approaches, including test planning, execution, defect identification, and validation.
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks, with the ability to identify opportunities to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
• Knowledge of information security and its application to software quality and testing processes.
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a structured approach to identifying root causes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with development teams and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to take ownership, demonstrate leadership in QA initiatives, and provide clear recommendations to technical and business audiences.
• Advanced QA, test automation, information security, or quality management certifications are highly desirable.
• Relevant advanced courses or professional development in QA, automation, information security, or quality management are an advantage.
