Job Description
Overview
We are currently hiring for a Manufacturing Technician to support the assembly, wiring, and inspection of E-Houses—large modular electrical structures built to the highest standards of safety, quality, and durability. This hands-on role works closely with engineering and quality teams in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Assemble structural components and enclosures according to engineering drawings
• Wire and install equipment such as switchgear, control panels, and transformers
• Perform quality inspections, basic testing, and troubleshooting during builds
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and layout diagrams
• Operate tools and machinery such as saws, drills, welders, and fabrication equipment
• Coordinate with engineering and QC teams to resolve technical or layout issues
• Keep work area clean and compliant with all safety protocols
• Document material usage, production time, and inspection records
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and boost efficiency

Knowledge and Experience Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in manufacturing or electrical assembly
• Proficient in using hand and power tools
• Ability to read schematics and technical drawings
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and safe work practices
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience building modular structures or a relevant field
• Familiarity with industrial electrical systems and components
• Exposure to lean manufacturing or 5S principles
• Knowledge of industry codes and standards (e.g., NEC, IEEE)
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Regular standing, bending, and use of hand tools
• Exposure to shop noise, equipment, and occasional chemical vapors
• Use of PPE and adherence to safety protocols required
