About The Role:

Lendmarq is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Treasury Manager to join our growing private lending platform focused on providing financing solutions to real estate investors. This is a new, high-impact position with significant responsibility for building, developing, and maintaining the company’s treasury function as the organization continues to grow. The Treasury Manager will play a critical role in managing liquidity, funding, cash flow, banking relationships, and financing facilities, while establishing the processes, controls, and reporting infrastructure needed to support a scalable treasury operation. This individual will work closely with our Accounting, Servicing, and Capital Markets teams to ensure efficient loan funding, cash management, facility utilization, and settlement activities. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, analytical professional who is comfortable operating in a growing organization, can build processes from the ground up, and understands the importance of treasury in supporting both the day-to-day business and the company’s broader growth objectives.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage daily cash, liquidity, and short- and long-term cash flow forecasting.
  • Oversee warehouse lines and other financing facilities, including borrowing capacity, collateral, draws, paydowns, covenants, and lender reporting.
  • Ensure timely and accurate loan funding and settlement in partnership with Operations, Capital Markets, and Accounting.
  • Manage relationships with banks, warehouse lenders, and other financing counterparties.
  • Monitor liquidity, funding costs, counterparty exposure, and related risks.
  • Establish and maintain treasury policies, controls, and procedures, including wire and cash-management controls.
  • Provide senior management with clear reporting on liquidity, funding capacity, and upcoming cash requirements.
  • Improve and automate treasury processes as the company grows.Build, mentor, and develop high-performing Core and Special Servicing teams.
  • Establish departmental goals, service standards, productivity metrics, and performance expectations.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, operational excellence, and exceptional borrower service.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in real estate, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in treasury, finance, banking, capital markets, or related financial services.
  • Mortgage lending or mortgage banking experience strongly preferred.
  • Direct experience with warehouse facilities and/or loan funding preferred.
  • Strong cash-flow forecasting, financial analysis, and relationship-management skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to be both strategic and hands-on
