What You'll Do- Provide pediatric occupational therapy services in patients' homes
- Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising Occupational Therapist
- Monitor patient progress and work toward individualized functional goals
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Educate and coach caregivers on strategies to support continued progress between visits
- Communicate professionally and consistently with families, therapists, and members of the care team
- Build positive relationships with children and their families while delivering quality, individualized care
- Flexible scheduling to support a healthy work-life balance
- Full-time, part-time, and contract opportunities
- Competitive compensation: $46–$75 per visit/hour

Pediatric experience is a plus, but not required. We welcome COTAs who are interested in transitioning into pediatric home health and are looking for an opportunity to grow their clinical skills in a supportive environment.
