This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr. Solutions Architect/Senior Enterprise Integration Architect - Finance Systems based in India.
This is a senior technical architecture role focused on building the data and integration foundation that connects critical Finance, FP&A, Procurement, HR, and Legal systems.
You will design scalable enterprise data models, integration patterns, APIs, and automation across a diverse cloud-based business applications ecosystem.
The role combines solution architecture, backend integration, data governance, security, and emerging AI capabilities.
You will help establish reliable data flows and a unified source of truth across platforms such as Coupa, Workday, NetSuite, Navan, Lattice, and Greenhouse.
You’ll also explore AI-driven automation and frameworks such as Model Context Protocol (MCP) to enable secure, self-service business workflows.
Working with technical and functional stakeholders globally, you will influence architecture decisions and drive complex initiatives from design through deployment.

- Lead integration architecture and data strategy across Finance, FP&A, Procurement, HR, and Legal systems, ensuring reliable cross-platform data flows and consistent business processes.
- Define and maintain enterprise data models, data lineage, integration patterns, and architectural standards that establish a trusted source of truth across G&A applications.
- Design, build, and optimize secure integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth 2.0, SQL, microservices, and file-based data exchanges.
- Develop integrations across platforms including Coupa, Workday, NetSuite, Navan, Lattice, Greenhouse, and other enterprise applications.
- Architect AI-enabled automation workflows and evaluate emerging technologies, including Model Context Protocol (MCP), to securely connect internal tools and data with AI agents.
- Establish robust data security practices, including encryption, masking, field-level protection, access controls, and secure handling of financial, employee, and legal information.
- Partner with business systems analysts, functional teams, IT, Security, and Audit to define ownership, accountability, technical responsibilities, and delivery priorities through structured governance frameworks.
- Support agile delivery by refining requirements and user stories, contributing to testing and deployment activities, and ensuring solutions meet functional and technical objectives.
- Improve data reliability, reduce manual processes, strengthen system performance, and establish scalable automation across end-to-end enterprise workflows.
- Maintain technical architecture diagrams, configuration standards, SOPs, and integration documentation while ensuring alignment with SOX, GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable controls.
- Promote sustainable engineering and operational practices that improve long-term scalability, maintainability, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Architecture, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8+ years of experience in system integrations, backend development, enterprise architecture, or a closely related field.
- Strong hands-on expertise with REST APIs, web services, SQL, JavaScript and/or Python, OAuth 2.0, webhooks, and modern integration patterns.
- Experience designing data structures, integration architectures, and enterprise workflows across Finance, Procurement, HR, ERP, ATS, or similar business applications.
- Practical experience with platforms such as Coupa, Workday, NetSuite, Navan, Lattice, and/or Greenhouse is highly valuable.
- Knowledge of LLM application patterns, AI integration technologies, AI automation tools, and modular protocols such as Model Context Protocol (MCP).
- Strong understanding of data security, encryption, masking, identity and access controls, and governance requirements for sensitive financial, employee, and legal information.
- Familiarity with SOX, GDPR, CCPA, and other enterprise compliance or privacy frameworks.
- Experience with project and technical governance practices, including RACI matrices and cross-functional accountability models.
- Strong data architecture and system design skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams in a globally distributed environment.
