ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you curious about how global beauty brands make sure the right products are available in the right markets at the right time? Join Wella Company as a Demand Planning Intern and get hands-on experience in supply chain, planning processes, data analysis and international collaboration.

Please note: this role is hybrid in Warsaw and requires approx. 2 days per week in the office – typically on Monday/Tuesday/Thursday, with flexibility to agree on the exact days. We’re seeking someone who can commit 32+ hours weekly and who can communicate fluently in English with colleagues from different countries.

The internship is planned for 6 months, with a possibility to continue your journey with Wella afterwards. Students in their final years of studies are very welcome.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Demand Planning Intern, you will support centralised business processes and help the team with day-to-day demand and market planning activities.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting demand planning operational activities and centralised business processes
  • Assisting with DFU deletion execution
  • Supporting Phase In / Phase Out processes, including communication with Business Units and identifying potential issues
  • Preparing ad-hoc forecast analyses
  • Supporting other centralised demand planning processes based on business needs
  • Helping with additional market support activities
  • Creating and distributing reports
  • Validating data and ensuring accuracy in planning-related files and systems

WHAT WE WANT YOU TO BRING ALONG

We are looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented and eager to learn. You do not need to know everything from day one, but you should be comfortable working with data and collaborating with different stakeholders.
