As an Oracle AHCS/ARCS Application Support Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of critical Oracle Finance Cloud applications. Working at the intersection of Finance and IT, you will support business-critical financial close processes while maintaining the reliability of Oracle Accounting Hub Cloud Service (AHCS), Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS), and related Oracle Finance solutions. This role combines technical troubleshooting, production support, and process optimization within a collaborative global environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues, improve operational efficiency, and support ongoing enhancements that strengthen financial operations. • Provide Level 2 and Level 3 production support for Oracle AHCS, ARCS, Oracle Fusion ERP Financials, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and related financial applications.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities by monitoring accounting processes, reconciliation workflows, journal processing, and financial integrations to ensure accurate and timely completion.
• Investigate and resolve production incidents, perform root cause analysis, manage service requests, and collaborate with development teams to deliver permanent solutions.
• Monitor batch jobs, integrations, interface queues, reconciliation processes, data loads, and system health to proactively identify and resolve operational issues before business impact occurs.
• Support application configuration updates, accounting rule maintenance, reconciliation profiles, security validation, and system enhancements while ensuring compliance with change management and release governance processes.
• Assist with integration support across Oracle Finance applications, enterprise systems, and third-party platforms by validating data, troubleshooting interfaces, and performing integration testing.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, ERP, Infrastructure, and Oracle support teams to communicate production status, coordinate releases, and continuously improve application stability and financial operations.

• 4–8+ years of experience supporting ERP applications, including at least 3 years working with Oracle Cloud Financial solutions in production environments.
• Hands-on experience supporting Oracle Accounting Hub Cloud Service (AHCS) and/or Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS).
• Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion ERP Financials, Oracle General Ledger, financial close processes, journal accounting, subledger accounting, and reconciliation workflows.
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Cloud ERP integrations, SQL, XML, REST APIs, file-based integrations, and production interface monitoring.
• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Security, reporting tools, and Microsoft Excel for financial analysis; experience with Oracle EPM Cloud, FCCS, EDMCS, OCI Monitoring, ServiceNow, Jira, or Azure DevOps is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Oracle Cloud Financials certification is preferred; Oracle Accounting Hub Cloud certification and ITIL Foundation certification are desirable.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with experience managing high-priority production incidents within SLA-driven support environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across Finance, IT, and global support teams.
• Ability to work under pressure during financial close periods while maintaining a proactive approach to operational excellence and continuous improvement.
