This role is an opportunity for a creative designer to shape intuitive and engaging digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.

The UIUX Designer will be responsible for creating high-quality user experiences and supporting product development through strategic and visual design expertise. Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand product objectives, user needs, and business requirements.
- Design complete user experiences, including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Create intuitive and visually engaging designs that improve usability and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate design implementation and alignment with the intended user experience.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and product performance insights.
- Maintain and improve design systems to ensure consistency across digital products.
- Communicate design decisions clearly and document UX/UI specifications for cross-functional teams.
- Participate in design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and product discussions.
- Leverage AI-powered design tools such as Midjourney, Figma AI, ChatGPT, or Claude to accelerate ideation, generate concepts, and optimize repetitive workflows.
- Stay updated on emerging design trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance product experiences.
The ideal candidate is a user-focused designer with strong experience creating digital products and a passion for solving problems through design. Required qualifications and skills include:
- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile application projects.
- Experience designing user interfaces and experiences, preferably within Web3, fintech, or technology-driven industries.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first design approaches.
- Ability to translate user needs and business requirements into clear, effective design solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with product and engineering teams.
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, design systems, and detailed UX documentation.
- Basic understanding of frontend development concepts and the design-to-development handoff process is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows and creative automation tools is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to manage priorities independently.
