About the OpportunityAs Sales Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals while developing strategies that increase pipeline, improve conversion rates, and consistently exceed revenue goals. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives on mentoring talent, using data to drive decisions, and creating a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
This position follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring candidates to reside in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and work two days per week in the office and three days remotely.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team to consistently achieve and exceed revenue goals.
- Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions focused on prospecting, pipeline development, negotiation, closing strategies, and overall sales effectiveness.
- Develop and execute sales strategies that support organizational growth objectives.
- Monitor sales performance, forecasts, KPIs, and pipeline metrics while identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, and mentor new sales professionals.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous development.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and drive business initiatives.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage opportunities, sales activity, forecasting, and reporting.
- Present sales performance updates and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Serve as an escalation point for customer concerns while ensuring exceptional client service.
- Lead change initiatives and continuously improve sales processes and best practices.
Required
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of three years of sales leadership or management experience.
- Minimum of three years of successful B2B or professional services sales experience.
- Demonstrated success coaching sales professionals and improving team performance.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience managing sales metrics and forecasting.
- Experience utilizing CRM platforms to manage pipelines and customer relationships.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to collaborate across departments and influence stakeholders.
- Ability to travel occasionally (approximately 10%).
Preferred
- Experience leading hybrid or remote sales teams.
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
- Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills.
- Commercial real estate, property tax consulting, financial services, or other professional services experience.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
