You’ll support healthcare organizations nationwide through relationship-focused, consultative service and operational coordination.
The role combines hands-on experience with structured learning, mentorship, and exposure to healthcare technology and member success practices.
You’ll help organize meetings, track commitments, maintain documentation, analyze reports, and support cross-functional initiatives.
As your skills develop, you’ll take on greater responsibility and build capabilities in customer success, technology, reporting, and relationship management.
The position is fully remote and designed for individuals who are curious, organized, collaborative, and motivated to grow.

- Support member meetings, check-ins, business reviews, in-services, and other engagements by coordinating schedules, preparing materials, documenting discussions, and tracking follow-up actions.
- Maintain accurate member records, meeting notes, Salesforce entries, contact information, templates, and other operational documentation while supporting data quality.
- Compile reports, review dashboards and member health indicators, and help identify documentation gaps, overdue actions, emerging risks, satisfaction trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather updates, clarify next steps, route questions, track projects, and support timely resolution of member-related needs.
- Assist with member transitions, onboarding, stabilization, remediation, and operational improvement initiatives, including tracking JIRA-related actions and concerns.
- Contribute to process improvements by identifying opportunities to standardize documentation, communication practices, templates, and tracking tools.
- Participate in a structured apprenticeship program, shadow experienced professionals, develop proficiency with relevant systems, and progressively assume greater responsibility.
- Apply coaching and feedback to strengthen judgment, organization, communication, accountability, and member-centered service skills.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience, ideally in coordination, administration, project support, customer service, healthcare operations, technology support, or a related environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with demonstrated attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines, commitments, and follow-up activities.
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust and interact effectively with different stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote, and Teams.
- Ability to learn new systems, technologies, workflows, and processes quickly and apply new knowledge effectively.
- A strong commitment to service excellence, collaboration, accountability, and member-centered outcomes.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, public health, health informatics, communications, or a related discipline.
- Preferred: Experience in healthcare, community health, health information technology, Epic, customer success, account coordination, or project coordination.
- Preferred: Familiarity with Salesforce, Tableau, JIRA, SharePoint, or comparable CRM, reporting, ticketing, and collaboration platforms.
- Interest in developing consultative relationship management, executive communication, and strategic customer success skills.
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work permanently in the United States and must not require employment visa sponsorship now or in the future.
- A high-speed internet connection and dedicated, distraction-free home workspace are required, along with the ability to participate in virtual meetings using video conferencing.
