Landscape Branch Manager

Outdoor Living Southeast is seeking an experienced, driven Landscape Branch Manager to lead the day-to-day performance and continued growth of our Brunswick, Georgia branch.

This is not an entry-level management position. We are looking for a proven leader who understands the landscape industry, knows how to lead people in the field, holds teams accountable, and takes ownership of results.

The right person will be someone who can walk a property and identify quality issues, lead and develop crews, communicate confidently with clients, manage labor and production, solve problems quickly, and keep the branch moving forward.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Lead the overall day-to-day operations of the Brunswick branch.
• Provide leadership and accountability for Account Management, Team Leaders, and field employees.
• Ensure landscape maintenance work is completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to company quality standards.
• Monitor crew performance, labor efficiency, scheduling, routing, production, and property quality.
• Conduct regular property and field inspections and ensure deficiencies are corrected.
• Develop Team Leaders and employees through coaching, training, clear expectations, and accountability.
• Assist with staffing needs, interviewing, onboarding, training, and employee performance management.
• Maintain accountability for company vehicles, equipment, tools, uniforms, and branch resources.
• Ensure company safety procedures and operational standards are consistently followed.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, profitability, client satisfaction, and branch performance.
• Help support the continued growth of Outdoor Living Southeast in the Brunswick/St. Simons market.
• Communicate branch needs, challenges, wins, and performance clearly with company leadership.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who brings both experience and drive. A title alone does not qualify someone for this position. We want a leader who has successfully managed people and field operations and can demonstrate results.

Ideal candidates will have:

• 3+ years of experience in commercial landscaping, landscape maintenance, or a closely related field-service operation.
• Previous experience managing multiple crews, supervisors, Team Leaders, Account Managers, or field teams.
• Strong understanding of landscape maintenance operations, quality standards, scheduling, labor management, equipment, and production.
• Proven ability to lead employees, establish expectations, follow up, and hold people accountable.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions in a fast-moving field environment.
• Strong client communication and relationship-management skills.
• The ability to balance people, quality, productivity, client expectations, and profitability.
• A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Comfortable using technology for communication, scheduling, reporting, and operational management.

A college degree is welcome but proven industry experience, leadership ability, and results are more important to us.
