Develop and Implement Recruitment Strategies

  • Build proactive talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill positions through networking, sourcing, employee referrals, professional associations, and talent communities.
  • Develop targeted sourcing strategies for technology-related positions, including software development, business systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data and analytics, AI-related roles, and other evolving technical functions.
  • Participate in employer branding and outreach activities that support HALO's workforce planning and future talent needs.

Source, Screen, and Interview Candidates

  • Utilize direct sourcing techniques to identify active and passive candidates for critical corporate and technology positions.
  • Maintain talent pipelines for anticipated hiring needs and succession planning efforts.
  • Evaluate candidates' technical, professional, and leadership competencies based on position requirements and organizational needs.

Manage Positive Experience

  • Promote HALO's culture, values, career opportunities, and organizational mission throughout the recruitment process to strengthen employer brand awareness and candidate engagement.
  • Ensure a positive experience throughout the hiring process by providing clear communication, timely feedback and updates, and professionalism.

Measure and Report on Recruitment Metrics

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze recruiting data to identify trends, hiring challenges, and areas for improvement.
  • Analyze talent market trends and hiring challenges to improve recruiting effectiveness across corporate and technology functions.
  • Present insights and recommendations to Talent Acquisition and HR leadership as needed.

HR Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws and HALO policies and practices related to hiring processes and practices.
  • Verify and confirm candidate data is up to date and accurate within ATS and other records for candidate tracking and reporting metrics.

Special Projects

  • Support workforce planning, talent acquisition initiatives, process improvements, and special projects as assigned.
  • Participate in recruiting events, networking opportunities, career fairs, and talent outreach initiatives that support organizational hiring objectives, as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 7+ years of full-cycle corporate talent acquisition experience in a fast-paced environment, including demonstrated success recruiting for corporate, professional, and Information Technology (IT) positions. Experience managing both strategic talent acquisition initiatives and the operational/administrative components of the recruiting lifecycle is required.
  • Experience utilizing sourcing tools, networking, and talent pipeline development techniques to attract qualified candidates.

  • Proven track record of timely delivery with unwavering respect to HR compliance
  • Goal-oriented with demonstrated ability to partner positively and successfully within unfamiliar or new environments to accomplish hiring goals
  • Confident, clear communicator; true partnership development skills
  • Must be able to work independently throughout entire recruiting lifecycle and be self-directed, while also taking direction from all layers of management
