This fully remote role supports critical healthcare order management, billing, and documentation processes that contribute directly to timely revenue realization.
You will manage order-release activities, review documentation, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently.
The position combines customer service, operational accuracy, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration in a healthcare environment.
You will help prevent billing delays and revenue loss by prioritizing worklists, recertifications, and reauthorizations.
The role also provides opportunities to identify process improvements and strengthen the overall customer experience.

- Manage order and billing workflows: Handle order release, billing setup, and documentation follow-up activities to support accurate and timely revenue realization.
- Review pending orders: Examine ship-pending orders for missing or incomplete information and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to obtain the documentation required for release.
- Resolve operational issues: Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to secure necessary approvals and address issues affecting order release and billing.
- Prioritize daily activities: Manage worklists and recertification or reauthorization activities to minimize billing delays, operational backlogs, and potential revenue loss.
- Support customers and stakeholders: Provide professional, responsive customer service to internal and external customers while maintaining confidentiality and sound business judgment.
- Identify improvements: Recognize opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and enhance the overall quality of operational support.
- Provide team support: Serve as a backup resource for colleagues and take on additional responsibilities or projects as assigned.
- Maintain compliance: Follow applicable corporate policies, procedures, security standards, and operational requirements when performing assigned duties.
- Education and experience: High School Diploma/GED or higher from an accredited institution, combined with at least 5 years of experience in customer support, call center services, healthcare support, or related operational support.
- Technical proficiency: Experience with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Business systems experience: Familiarity with ERP or related business systems such as HERO, Oracle, Delair, FileNet, or Genesis is advantageous.
- Customer service: Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Problem-solving: Demonstrated critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities, with confidence working independently while collaborating effectively with others.
- Organization: Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and recurring deadlines in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Professional judgment: Ability to handle confidential information appropriately and apply sound business judgment.
- Work authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship.
- Work arrangement: Fully remote within the United States, with less than 10% travel expected.

- Compensation: Expected compensation range of $45,360–$62,370 USD, including base pay and variable incentive pay where applicable.
