  • Customer growth and retention: Strengthen relationships with customers, improve satisfaction and retention, and ensure the product roadmap reflects evolving needs across the legal technology market.
  • Product and market direction: Partner closely with product leadership to shape offerings, positioning, and priorities based on customer feedback, market opportunities, competitive dynamics, and industry trends.

  • Market intelligence: Monitor industry trends, regulatory developments, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities to maintain strong market relevance and differentiation.
  • Executive communication: Provide clear business updates, performance reporting, strategic recommendations, and other communications to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • M&A and integration: Where applicable, contribute to acquisition evaluation and lead the successful integration of acquired businesses into the broader operating model.
Requirements
  • Executive leadership: Proven experience in a senior leadership position with full P&L responsibility and accountability for business performance.
  • SaaS or Legal Tech: Strong background in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, Legal Tech, or another recurring-revenue technology environment.
  • Growth leadership: Demonstrated track record of delivering profitable growth, improving operational performance, and strengthening customer success.
  • Commercial acumen: Deep understanding of recurring revenue models, customer lifecycle management, retention, and the drivers of sustainable software businesses.
  • Strategic and operational capability: Ability to develop a compelling long-term vision while remaining close enough to the business to translate strategy into measurable execution.
  • People leadership: Proven ability to attract, retain, coach, and develop high-caliber talent while building a collaborative, accountable, and high-performance culture.
  • Customer orientation: Strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate market and customer insights into product, commercial, and operational priorities.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging employees, customers, executive stakeholders, and boards.
  • Stakeholder management: Ability to influence across functions and build strong relationships within a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: Comfortable operating with significant autonomy, identifying opportunities, making decisions, and taking ownership of outcomes.
  • Change leadership: Experience leading organizational, operational, product, or commercial transformation in a growing business.
  • M&A exposure: Experience evaluating acquisitions or leading post-acquisition integration is an advantage.
