About the Role

Join our growing practice as we celebrate 23 years as a locally and privately owned medical practice specializing in general dermatology, Mohs skin cancer surgery, and aesthetic dermatology. Advanced Dermatology & Skin Surgery is looking for a full time medical assistant in the general dermatology division of our Asheville office. This is a 4-day per week position (after your training period) with no evenings or weekend shifts.

Applicants should have a strong medical assisting background as well as computer & customer service skills. Duties include rooming patients, preparing for and assisting with procedures, monitoring pathology log, triaging patient phone calls, instrument sterilization, and other related tasks.
