Marketing Designer

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

We’re looking for a creative, driven Marketing Designer who wants more than just production work. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves seeing their work out in the real world, and is excited to grow alongside a company that’s evolving and expanding.

What You’ll Do
- Design compelling marketing, advertising, and sales materials (print + digital)
- Support campaigns that reach schools, families, and field representatives
- Manage and update our WordPress website
- Generate and analyze Google Analytics reports
- Contribute creative ideas to improve brand presence and customer engagement
- Collaborate across departments including Sales, Customer Service, IT, and Production
Your work won’t sit in a folder — it will be seen, used, and felt.
What We’re Looking For
- Associate’s degree (or higher) in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field
- 1–2 years of professional or internship experience in design (print + web)
- Experience with Google Analytics and SEO
- Strong portfolio showcasing multi-platform creative work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- A positive, professional attitude with strong communication skills
Preferred but not Required
- Videography or video editing (Premiere Pro)
- Photography experience
- WordPress design experience
- Illustration skills
- A growth mindset and desire to take ownership of projects

This position follows the school calendar, meaning:
- 1–2 weeks off at Christmas
- 1–2 weeks off during the summer
- Reduced hours (approx. 32/week) June–mid August depending on production
