Marketing Specialist-Digital Operations

Essential Job Duties:

• Monitoring social networking sites and interacting with customers, moderating online conversations, creating content and sparking discussion
• Digital performance reporting and insightful analysis clients to drive greater audience engagement
• Developing and implementation of digital marketing campaigns, coordinating efforts to maximize campaign goals and objectives
• Creating and managing digital production schedules and content calendars
• Coordinates efforts with digital vendors and contract support
• Supporting other marketing functions as needed (i.e., signage coordination, event management and department representation)
• Aptitude for market research, analysis and campaign evaluation with the ability to translate quantitative information into creative strategies

Qualifications:

• College degree in journalism, public relations, communications, radio/television/multimedia or government relations preferred.

• 5 years’ experience in digital media required; healthcare/hospital marketing exposure strongly preferred

• Experience in the execution, analysis and optimization of digital marketing programs and campaigns including CRM management
• Proven experiencing in writing, managing and publishing content for email, web and social media platforms, ensuring consistency and accuracy of content.
• Experience planning and creating social media content and use of content management systems
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required.

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Savvy communication skills with internal teams, clients and outside partners/vendors
• Reliable, professional, assertive, extremely organized with keen attention to detail
