This role offers an opportunity to lead end-to-end testing initiatives across complex SAP implementation and enhancement projects in a fast-paced, project-driven environment. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality, stability, and performance of SAP solutions by defining and executing comprehensive testing strategies across multiple testing phases. Working remotely, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, developers, project managers, and QA teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP systems with core business processes. The position requires strong leadership and hands-on testing expertise, along with the ability to manage risks and drive quality outcomes independently. It is well suited for a professional who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys guiding teams through structured testing lifecycles. You will play a key role in delivering reliable SAP solutions that support critical enterprise operations.

• Lead the definition and execution of SAP testing strategies, including test planning, scope definition, scheduling, and coordination across SIT, UAT, regression, and performance testing phases.
• Oversee the creation, validation, and execution of detailed test cases and scenarios covering functional and non-functional requirements across SAP landscapes.
• Manage test environments and test data readiness, ensuring smooth execution of all testing activities throughout project lifecycles.
• Track, document, and manage defects using established tools, coordinating closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution and retesting.
• Provide leadership and guidance to testing teams, including task assignment, mentoring, progress tracking, and performance feedback.
• Prepare and deliver test status reports, quality metrics, and risk assessments to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business, development, and project management teams to ensure alignment, communication, and successful delivery outcomes.
• Identify testing risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project quality and delivery timelines are met.

• Proven experience in at least one full lifecycle SAP implementation project (such as S/4HANA or ECC) within enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of SAP modules and end-to-end business processes, with additional knowledge of SAP EAM considered an advantage.
• Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, HP ALM, or SAP Solution Manager.
• Experience working across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Familiarity with performance testing frameworks and tools used in enterprise application environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to guide teams and influence outcomes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities in complex technical environments.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
