- Manage and coordinate domestic and international corporate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, rail, and ground transportation for individual travelers and groups.
- Provide consultative travel support by researching options, anticipating traveler needs, and recommending additional services when appropriate.
- Ensure all bookings comply with client travel policies, supplier guidelines, and regulatory standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service through professional communication and effective handling of special requests or travel disruptions.
- Utilize Sabre or Amadeus Global Distribution Systems (GDS) to create accurate and efficient travel itineraries.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain service quality, contribute to a supportive environment, and share feedback and best practices.
- Resolve travel-related issues independently and efficiently while maintaining confidentiality and integrity with traveler information.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in corporate travel counseling or business travel services.
- Strong expertise with Sabre or Amadeus GDS platforms is required.
- Solid understanding of the corporate travel industry, including international travel coordination.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer-service mindset.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple travel arrangements accurately under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to resolve client issues quickly and professionally.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and remain open to feedback and coaching.
- Flexibility to work in a 24/7 operational setting, including afternoon or evening shifts when required.
