About The Role
As an ASM/ESM for the AZ/Vegas territory within our US Sales organization, you will lead capital equipment sales across a defined multi-state region with a primary focus on the medical aesthetics market. This salaried, full-time role combines strategic territory management, consultative selling, and strong relationship-building with physicians, practice owners, and key decision-makers. You will be responsible for driving new capital equipment placements, expanding utilization within existing accounts, and achieving aggressive sales targets while representing our brand and technology as a trusted partner in aesthetic medicine.
What You'll Do
- Own and manage the AZ/Vegas territory for capital equipment sales within the medical aesthetics segment, including strategic planning and execution to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians, practice owners, administrators, and other key stakeholders in aesthetic practices, medspas, dermatology, and plastic surgery clinics.
- Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities for capital equipment placements, using a consultative, solution-based sales approach.
- Conduct professional sales presentations, product demonstrations, and in-practice evaluations to showcase clinical efficacy, workflow integration, and financial ROI.
- Collaborate with marketing, clinical, and sales leadership to execute territory-level campaigns, events, workshops, and trade shows that generate qualified leads.
- Manage a robust sales pipeline and territory forecast, accurately tracking activities, opportunities, and results in CRM tools.
- Support new customer onboarding, coordinating with clinical and service teams to ensure effective installation, training, and early adoption of capital equipment.
- Monitor account performance and develop strategies to increase utilization, cross-sell complementary technologies, and reduce churn within existing customer base.
- Maintain deep knowledge of product portfolio, competitive landscape, clinical trends, and economic drivers in the aesthetics industry.
- Represent the company professionally at industry meetings, conferences, and regional events, serving as a brand ambassador within the aesthetic community.
- Prepare business reviews, territory reports, and account plans to communicate progress, market insights, and growth strategies to sales leadership.
- Ensure all activities comply with company policies, regulatory standards, and ethical sales practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in capital equipment sales, ideally within medical devices, aesthetics, dermatology, or plastic surgery environments.
- Strong background or demonstrated success selling into the aesthetics market (e.g., energy-based devices, lasers, body contouring, skin rejuvenation, or related technologies).
- Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a territory-based role.
- Ability to manage a complex sales cycle with multiple stakeholders, including clinical, financial, and administrative decision-makers.
- Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills, with the ability to articulate clinical and financial value propositions.
- Comfort presenting to physicians and clinical staff, including leading in-office demos, workshops, and educational sessions.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to discuss practice economics, return on investment, and revenue models with aesthetic practice owners.
- Highly self-motivated and results-driven, capable of working independently in a field-based role while managing a large geographic territory (AZ/Vegas and surrounding area as required).
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-term professional relationships.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and standard business software (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace) for managing pipeline, reporting, and territory planning.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory and occasionally for national meetings, trainings, and conferences.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, or a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant sales experience.
