Position_Description :
The Senior Project Manager provides overall leadership and direction for large, complex industrial, commercial, or mission-critical projects (airports, data centers, refineries, power plants, etc.)This role carries full responsibility for safety, quality, schedule, budget, and client satisfaction — from preconstruction through close-out.
What You’ll OwnLead overall project execution in partnership with the Superintendent
Full P&L responsibility including forecasting, cost control, and profitability
Change order strategy, negotiations, and risk management
CPM schedule oversight and recovery planning
Primary client and stakeholder relationships
Financial reporting and executive updates
Build, mentor, and develop high-performing project teams
Deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget
Position Requirements :
5–7+ years of experience managing large, complex civil, industrial, or mission-critical construction projects
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Proven experience owning project financials (P&L, forecasting, cost control)
Strong working knowledge of CPM scheduling and construction contract management
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage demanding client relationships
