This role is a high-impact growth marketing position focused on designing, executing, and optimizing lifecycle programs that drive engagement, conversion, retention, and long-term revenue growth. You will own dynamic, always-on marketing initiatives that deliver personalized experiences across onsite placements, automated email journeys, and targeted member communications. Operating at the intersection of marketing, data, experimentation, and product, you will identify high-value opportunities across the customer lifecycle and turn them into scalable systems and campaigns. This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role that requires both strategic thinking and deep operational involvement in tools, data, and campaign performance. You will work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment where experimentation and iteration are central to decision-making. The role is ideal for a marketer who thrives in both analytical depth and creative problem-solving, with a strong interest in building systems that continuously improve performance.
- Own and optimize always-on lifecycle marketing programs across onsite placements, automated email campaigns, order flows, and targeted member experiences.
- Identify high-impact growth opportunities through segmentation, behavioral analysis, experimentation, and lifecycle performance insights.
- Design and scale experimentation frameworks across messaging, targeting, offers, timing, and channel strategies to improve conversion and retention.
- Build and refine scalable lifecycle systems, workflows, and operational processes to improve efficiency and marketing effectiveness.
- Partner with Product, Analytics, Engineering, and Marketing teams to influence lifecycle strategy, prioritization, and roadmap decisions.
- Leverage AI tools and automation to enhance targeting, accelerate analysis, optimize creative testing, and improve decision-making.
- Develop, refine, and adapt direct-response marketing copy using performance data and AI-assisted workflows.
- Translate complex data insights and experiment results into actionable recommendations that drive business growth.
- Contribute to segmentation strategy, personalization models, and lifecycle architecture across the member journey.
- 7+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, growth marketing, CRM, retention, or performance-driven marketing roles.
- Proven experience managing multi-channel lifecycle programs, including email, onsite placements, automated journeys, and conversion funnels.
- Strong hands-on marketer with the ability to execute directly in tools, platforms, and campaign systems without heavy reliance on support teams.
- Deep expertise in experimentation, segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle optimization strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data and testing outcomes into clear business decisions.
- High fluency with marketing automation platforms, analytics tools, and AI-enabled workflows.
- Experience using AI tools to improve marketing efficiency, experimentation speed, and campaign performance.
- Strong direct-response marketing instincts and ability to optimize messaging for conversion.
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills with the ability to work across technical and business teams.
- Nice to have: experience in fintech, investing, or subscription-based financial services, plus mentoring or coaching experience.
- Competitive annual salary ranging from $130,000 to $150,000 USD.
- Opportunity to work in a high-growth, mission-driven environment focused on financial education and empowerment.
- Fully collaborative, fast-paced culture emphasizing experimentation and continuous improvement.
- Exposure to advanced lifecycle marketing systems, AI-driven tools, and data-rich decision-making environments.
- Strong cross-functional partnership with product, analytics, and engineering teams.
- Opportunity to build and scale high-impact marketing systems that directly drive revenue growth.
- Flexible, modern work environment supporting autonomy and ownership.
