This senior production role is focused on leading BIM modeling excellence, coordination, and documentation quality across complex, multi-discipline projects.
You will serve as a key Revit expert, ensuring models are accurate, structured, and aligned with both internal standards and client requirements.
The role combines hands-on production work with coordination leadership, helping teams translate design intent into buildable, reliable documentation.
You will actively identify and resolve clashes, anticipate modeling risks, and keep BIM workflows moving efficiently across concurrent projects.
A strong mentoring component is central, as you guide Designers and reinforce best practices in Revit modeling and documentation.

- Lead BIM execution by developing, maintaining, and coordinating Revit models, ensuring accuracy, constructability, and alignment with project standards.
- Translate engineering markups and design intent into clear, coordinated, and buildable documentation across disciplines.
- Perform clash detection, resolve modeling conflicts, and proactively address coordination issues to maintain project momentum.
- Manage model health, structure, and updates across multiple projects, ensuring consistency and reliability of deliverables.
- Support and improve BIM workflows, tools, templates, and standards through documentation, feedback, and structured updates.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and project teams to align design decisions and ensure effective cross-discipline coordination.
- Mentor and support Designers by reinforcing Revit best practices, modeling discipline, and documentation quality.
- 4+ years of experience in the AEC industry with strong proficiency in Revit and BIM production workflows.
- Proven experience in coordinated modeling, construction documentation, and BIM execution across multiple projects.
- Advanced expertise in Autodesk Revit; familiarity with Navisworks, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and collaboration tools (Asana, GitHub, M365) preferred.
- Strong understanding of cross-discipline coordination and building systems integration, with ability to interpret design intent.
- Experience supporting or coordinating technical systems (telecom, AV, security, acoustics, or similar) is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and the ability to work independently in complex project environments.
- Ability to mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative, quality-driven production culture.
- Competitive annual salary: $110,000 – $130,000, based on experience and expertise.
