Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for unloading, stacking, sorting, palletizing, and shrink-wrapping boxes. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment..

Key Functions
 Unload Shipments: Efficiently unload boxes from delivery trucks and containers.
 Sort and Stack: Organize and stack boxes in designated areas according to size, weight, and type.
 Palletize: Assemble and secure boxes on pallets for storage and shipment, ensuring stability and safety.
 Shrink Wrap: Use shrink wrap to secure pallets for transport, maintaining product integrity.
 Inventory Management: Assist with inventory control by tracking items and reporting discrepancies.
 Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the warehouse clean and organized, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
 Collaborate: Work closely with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.

Requirements
 High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required).
 Previous warehouse or manual labor experience is a plus.
 Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) and work in a physically demanding environment.
 Basic understanding of warehouse operations and safety practices.
 Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
 Must be dependable, punctual, and be able to follow instructions.
 Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays.
 Required to wear protective clothing and Personal Protective Equipment.

Working Conditions
 Fast-paced warehouse environment; non-climate controlled, exhaust, fumes, dust, loud noise, heavy moving equipment
 The ability to work in varying weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold.
 Standing, lifting, bending, and moving for extended periods.
