Line Cook / Prep Cook Requirements

• Food preparation
• High school diploma/GED required
• Experience with Prep, Sauté, Grill, and Garde Manger preferred
• Above average knife skills required
• Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
• Able to work as part of a team in a busy kitchen atmosphere
• ServeSafe Certification preferred

Line Cook / Prep Cook Responsibilities & Duties:

• Proven working experience in a full-service kitchen
• Collaborate with Cooks to prepare meals during our dining hours
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Attention to detail and ability to accurately follow recipes
