- Support the reliability, evolution, and operational excellence of applications and infrastructure hosted in AWS environments.
- Ensure availability, performance, scalability, and resilience of production services through monitoring, optimization, and continuous improvements.
- Define, implement, and monitor reliability indicators, including SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.
- Actively participate in incident response, troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), and the implementation of preventive actions.
- Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines, GitOps practices, and operational automations to increase efficiency and reduce manual processes.
- Implement and evolve observability solutions involving metrics, logs, traces, dashboards, and alerting systems.
- Analyze performance, capacity, and availability bottlenecks, proposing technical improvements.
- Collaborate with Development, Architecture, Security, and Product teams to promote reliability best practices across the organization.
- Professional experience as a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), DevOps Engineer, Platform Engineer, or Infrastructure Engineer in critical or highly available environments.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, EKS/ECS, RDS, S3, VPC, CloudWatch, and related cloud technologies.
- Experience working with Kubernetes and containers, including operating distributed applications in production environments.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and GitOps practices.
- Experience implementing observability solutions using tools such as Datadog, Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ELK/OpenSearch, or similar platforms.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for distributed systems, incident management, and root cause analysis.
- Knowledge of monitoring practices based on metrics, logs, traces, dashboards, and alerts.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and configuration automation tools such as Ansible or equivalent solutions.
- Knowledge of Linux, networking concepts, protocols, load balancers, and infrastructure security fundamentals.
- Understanding of distributed architectures, high availability, fault tolerance, and scalability principles.
- Knowledge of vulnerability remediation and security update processes.
- Strong communication skills, systemic thinking, and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Technical English proficiency.

- Knowledge of automation using Python, Go, Bash, or similar programming languages.
