  • Partner with Quality teams to support operational elements of release maturity initiatives and process improvement programs.
  • Mentor supervisors, operators, and future operational excellence practitioners in Lean fundamentals, standard work, and performance management.
  • Serve as the operational excellence method owner, ensuring systems and practices deliver sustainable results beyond individual improvement projects.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced operational excellence professional with deep manufacturing expertise in regulated environments. You should have a strong track record of implementing Lean systems, improving production performance, and influencing teams through collaboration and coaching.

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in life sciences, chemical engineering, biochemical engineering, or a related field.

  • Proven ability to deliver measurable improvements in safety, quality, delivery, throughput, yield, cost, or operational performance.
  • Strong knowledge of structured problem-solving, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Ability to coach frontline teams while influencing senior stakeholders in a complex organization.
  • Experience in CDMO or contract manufacturing environments is an asset.
  • Lean, Six Sigma, TPS, or operational excellence certifications are preferred but not required.
