Job Summary:
Responsible for developing and implementing strategies to onboard and retain top talent, reduce turnover, and promote employee engagement and satisfaction. Oversees and executes the planning, design, delivery and evaluation of training programs to ensure team members have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively. This role combines leadership, instructional design, and performance coaching to support team member growth and organizational goals.

Supervisor-level jobs at Omaha Steaks require hands-on leadership skills and the ability to guide teams through day-to-day operations while ensuring quality and performance standards are met. You must be a clear communicator, capable of supporting team development, resolving issues in real-time, and fostering a positive, accountable work environment. You should be detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to driving results through consistent execution and team engagement. You will supervise daily team operations with a focus on short-term goals, employee performance, and workflow execution, while fostering emotional intelligence, training team members, and providing input on key talent decisions.
Major Job Responsibilities/Job Duties:
- Oversees a team of training facilitators. Provides leadership, training, guidance and support. Engages in regular one-on-ones and performance appraisals. Fosters an environment for professional growth.
- Designs and facilitates training programs for new hires, ensuring smooth integration into the team and clear understanding of job expectations, and safety procedures.
- Executes orientation plans at CF, including onboarding, ADP registration, policy review, guides tours of the facility, and safety training. Oversees both e-learning modules and live training sessions to ensure a comprehensive onboarding experience. Coordinates hands-on training with team leaders and safety training with the safety specialists.
- Collects and analyzes data to measure and document training results. Conducts meetings with leadership to discuss successes and address performance gaps.
- Develops, tests and updates work samples for the purpose of evaluating new talent.
- Prepares training materials, ensures resource availability, and ensures coverage for executing hands-on training plans.
- Ensures accountability for onboarding and training programs with all stakeholders.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- 4- year college degree or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to comminicate effectively and professionally in both English and Spanish.
- Ability to learn and retain detailed knowledge of all Central Fulfillment jobs and skills.
- Familiar with eLearning development and AI Video creation tools to develop training programs (Articulate 360, Synthesia)
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (ADP Learning
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Capable of identifying opportunities to reduce turnover and associated costs.
- Logical decision-making skills and sound judgment.
- Comfortable leading and relating to a diverse group of people to achieve results.
