Ambulance Billing Specialist in Hinesville, Georgia at Trinity EMS Consulting Service

We are seeking an energetic, highly motivated Professional to join our Billing Team. Experience in EMS Billing is preferred. Job duties include, but are not limited to:

• Claim coding and submission
• Insurance verification
• Clerical, office, and customer service duties
• Data entry
• Payment reconciliation

Requirements:

• Highly motivated to learn
• Knowledge of CMS, HIPAA rules, and regulations
• Ability to work under and effectively handle stressful situations with professionalism and confidence
• Experience in Excel and other Microsoft Office programs
• Working effectively in a diverse work environment
• Ability to communicate effectively, orally, and in writing
• Ability to use mature judgment and common sense in making decisions under pressure
• Must be able to plan and manage multiple tasks, projects, and high-volume workload
• Must possess strong interpersonal/customer service skills
• Be proactive and take the initiative to resolve problems
