Join Our HR Team for the Winter Season!
Moving Mountains Hospitality is looking for a Seasonal HR Staffing Coordinator to join our team and help support our busy winter hiring season. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and helping create a great experience for new employees from the moment they apply through their first day.
You’ll work closely with our HR team and managers across our locations to help keep seasonal hiring and onboarding running smoothly. If you’re organized, personable, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to have you join us for the winter season!
The Staffing Coordinator supports the HR team during the peak season. This role helps manage recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and employee support and uniform logistics for seasonal team members. It’s ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with people. Delivering on-site employee assistance is a key requirement of this position. The Staffing Coordinator must be present and available on-site to support team members by responding to
questions and assisting with immediate staffing or HR needs.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Supports human resources processes by maintaining accurate records and information.
Help maintain employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data.
Helps coordinate on-site HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.)
Helps to coordinate communication and schedule job interviews, onboarding, training, etc.
Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.
Basic knowledge of labor laws.
Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution of their queries.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:
Qualifications: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Dependability, accurate scheduling, confidentiality, independence
Work Experience: Proven experience as an HR Assistant, or relevant human
resources/administrative position.
Flexibility: Demonstrates a willingness to assist in any role within the organization in times of need.
Attitude: Highly responsible, reliable, and collaborative.
Problem Solving: A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills. vides personalized assistance to meet those needs.

Computer skills required: Familiarity with Microsoft office software, Teams and HRIS
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.
Additional remarks regarding work environment: Able to get in and out of a vehicle, must be able to walk on icy & slippery surfaces, May be required to drive.
