Dick's Steak and Oyster is looking for experienced line cooks and oyster shuckers to join our team. Dick's Steak and Oyster is a Dinner only Fine Dinning Steakhouse offering Locally sourced Prime Beef, Wagyu Beef, and Flown in Fresh Oysters. We are a collaborative, respectful team that takes pride in what we do.

A line cook prepares ingredients, cooks menu items, and plates dishes at a specific kitchen station under the guidance of a head chef or sous chef. They ensure food quality, portion consistency, and kitchen sanitation while operating in a fast-paced environment. They are responsible for the organization and cleanliness of the kitchen.

Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a high volume fine dining kitchen.

Pace & Stamina: Ability to remain calm and work efficiently in a high-volume environment.

Multitasking: Capability to manage and memorize multiple food tickets simultaneously.

Communication: Clear verbal communication to sync with the ticket caller and the rest of the kitchen line.

Teamwork: Dependable team-player attitude to support fellow cooks during peak rush hours.
