* Perform trailer brake repairs and related maintenance
* Perform large and small box swaps
* Inspect trailers and identify necessary repairs
* Complete work orders and maintain clear, accurate documentation
* Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
* Follow all safety and PPE requirements
What We're Looking For
* Experience repairing commercial trailers, trucks, or other heavy equipment
* Ability to independently perform common trailer body and structural repairs
* Basic electrical and brake diagnostic and repair skills
* Ability to work with hand and power tools safely and effectively
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
* Pride in producing quality work
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Willingness to ask questions and seek support when needed
Compensation and Schedule
* Full-time position
* Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
* Paid weekly
* Onsite in Portland, Oregon
* Full health benefits, including Medical, Dental, and Vision, with the company paying a portion of monthly premiums
* Company-paid Basic Life and AD&D insurance
* PTO starting at 80 hours annually, with an additional 40 hours added to annual accrual after each year beginning at your 2-year anniversary, up to 200 hours annually at 5 years of service
* Paid major holidays, including New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day
* Half-day paid holidays on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve
