Work location: Hybrid - Remote opportunities and will office at a { text-decoration: none; color: #464feb; } tr th, tr td { border: 1px solid #e6e6e6; } tr th { background-color: #f5f5f5; } 612 E. Lamar Blvd., Arlington, TX 76011. Travel to clinic locations is required based on business needs.
Work hours: Monday - Friday from 8am - 5pm

Here's What You Need
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Master's Degree in healthcare or another related field preferred
• 5 years Healthcare compliance and privacy to include prior experience in auditing/monitoring, compliance training, and investigations required
• CHC - Certified in Healthcare Compliance upon hire preferred
• CHC - Certified in Healthcare Compliance upon hire preferred within 12 months of hire required

What You Will Do
The Senior Compliance and Privacy Analyst supports the organization's compliance and privacy programs and is responsible for conducting a broad range of activities including education, monitoring, auditing, investigations, etc. This role partners with physician practices, joint venture entities, operational leaders and system stakeholders to help to ensure adherence to applicable federal and state laws, regulations, and internal policies and advance a culture of integrity, compliance, and ongoing improvement. Responsibilities include supporting provider onboarding, compliance rounding, board and committee reporting, action plan development, work plan execution, and continuous program improvement initiatives.

ORGANIZATION AND OVERSIGHT :
• Assists in administering a corporate compliance and ethics program, including supporting the development, review and archiving of compliance documentation and implementation of compliance program initiatives and activities.
• Participates in the execution of projects and initiatives aligned with the entity and system compliance and privacy work plans.
• Collaborates cross-functionally within the department and actively engages with stakeholders across assigned entity or entities to support compliance and privacy initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Conducts compliance and privacy rounding at assigned entity or entities to promote awareness, identify potential risks, and support a culture of inquiry, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Support provider onboarding and ongoing compliance oversight activities to ensure alignment with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and professional standards.
• Participates in compliance rounding and stakeholder engagement activities across physician practices and joint venture entities to promote awareness, identify risks, and support a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Serve as a compliance and privacy resource for physician practices, practice leadership, and joint venture partners.
POLICIES, PROCEDURES AND STANDARDS:
• Develops and implements compliance and privacy policies and procedures to ensure alignment with applicable laws, regulations, and organizational standards.
• Supports the compliance and privacy policy review cycle by incorporating feedback from key stakeholders and coordinating with department team members to ensure policies remain current, effective, and reflect regulatory expectations.
MONITORING, AUDITING AND ENFORCEMENT
• Design and execute Conduct compliance audits and assessments to ensure adherence to regulations.
• Monitor changes in regulations and update policies accordingly.
• Collaborates with various departments to assess compliance and privacy with applicable laws and regulations through auditing, testing of processes, and evaluation of internal controls.
• Identifies potential compliance and privacy risks, facilitates timely issue resolution, and supports reporting and escalation processes in alignment with regulatory and organizational requirements.
• Lead and coordinate compliance and privacy onboarding activities for physician practices, aligned physician models, and joint venture partners. Including risk assessments, regulatory review, policy implementation and post-integration oversight to ensure alignment with organizational policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
COMMUNICATION and TRAINING:
• Develops and delivers compliance and privacy communication and training materials.
• Assesses organizational needs to ensure communication and training content is relevant, effective, risk-based and aligned with regulatory and policy requirements.
• Maintains effective lines of communication with stakeholders and departments to support timely deployment of compliance initiatives and awareness offerings, fostering proactive engagement across the organization.
• Lead and support the development, implementation, and evaluation of compliance and privacy for physician practices, practice leadership, and joint venture partners.
Analysis and Reporting
• Performs detailed analytical assessments of compliance matters (such as risk assessments) to ensure conformity with applicable federal, state, and industry regulations, as well as internal policy and governance standards.
• Prepares data, reports, and supporting materials for meetings, including entity compliance and privacy meetings, board meetings, System Compliance and Privacy Councils, etc.
• Assists in preparing relevant regular and ad-hoc reports for direct manager, department, and entity leadership.
• Support board and committee reporting and materials for physician practices and joint venture partners.
Other Duties
• Participates on internal and external committees, task forces and working groups, as necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
