As a Product Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of go-to-market strategy and execution for a newly established partner-focused product area. You will collaborate closely with product, commercial, and marketing teams to define target audiences, sharpen positioning, and communicate the value of complex technical solutions. By combining market research, partner feedback, competitive insights, and performance data, you will help shape messaging that resonates with partners and merchants alike. This remote opportunity offers significant ownership, direct exposure to senior stakeholders, and the chance to influence how innovative payment solutions gain traction in the market. It is an ideal role for a hands-on marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys turning strategic ideas into measurable results.
You will lead product marketing strategy and execution for partner-focused capabilities, ensuring that positioning, messaging, launches, and marketing initiatives support adoption and business growth.
Own go-to-market initiatives: Develop and execute launch strategies for partner-focused products, coordinating closely with the wider marketing team to deliver impactful campaigns and launches.
Define positioning and messaging: Partner with product managers and commercial teams to identify target audiences and create clear, compelling messaging that differentiates product capabilities in the market.
Translate technical concepts: Turn complex product features and technical information into accessible, persuasive value propositions for partners and merchants.
Conduct market and buyer research: Analyze competitive activity, customer needs, market trends, and buyer behavior to develop actionable recommendations for product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
Integrate stakeholder insights: Synthesize partner and merchant feedback, sales signals, and market research into a coherent strategic perspective that informs marketing decisions.
Measure marketing performance: Track the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives, analyze relevant metrics, and use data to optimize campaigns and improve business outcomes.
Manage projects end to end: Coordinate multiple marketing initiatives, manage timelines and priorities, and maintain high standards of execution in a fast-moving environment.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders: Work directly with product, marketing, and commercial leaders, using evidence and sound judgment to refine strategies and make informed trade-offs.
Drive continuous improvement: Experiment with messaging, positioning, and launch approaches, taking ownership of outcomes and adapting strategies based on performance.
Requirements:
You are a proactive, commercially minded product marketer who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You can simplify technical concepts, translate market insights into effective messaging, and manage complex initiatives with minimal supervision.
Relevant experience: At least 4 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing or product marketing, with a track record of successfully launching and growing B2B products.
Technical communication: Ability to translate complex technical product details into clear, compelling messaging that resonates with nontechnical buyers and partners.
Market research and competitive analysis: Experience conducting targeted buyer research, evaluating competitors, and translating findings into specific product marketing recommendations.
Project management: Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, coordinate stakeholders, and meet deadlines.
Ownership and initiative: An experiment-oriented mindset, with the confidence to make decisions, take responsibility for outcomes, and execute independently with limited oversight.
Adaptability: Comfort working in a fast-paced environment where priorities evolve and launch strategies must be developed and executed quickly.
Stakeholder collaboration: Ability to work effectively with product and commercial teams, welcome constructive challenges, and use data to strengthen marketing decisions.
Payments and fintech knowledge: Experience in payments, fintech, or infrastructure products is an advantage, although a willingness to develop domain expertise quickly is also valuable.
Creative judgment: Ability to develop strong creative briefs, guide internal teams and external agencies, and push for distinctive, effective marketing ideas.
Marketplace experience: Familiarity with two-sided marketplaces and the ability to develop differentiated value propositions for supply-side and demand-side audiences is a plus.
