This is a highly visible Revenue Operations role focused on optimizing the top-of-funnel engine within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
You’ll own the data, reporting, processes, and insights that connect Marketing with SDR/BDR teams from lead creation through opportunity generation.
Your work will directly influence pipeline quality, conversion rates, lead management, routing, and overall revenue efficiency.
You’ll combine analytics and business acumen to identify performance trends across segments, channels, territories, personas, and teams.
The role offers significant ownership over GTM systems, data quality, campaign tracking, attribution, and revenue processes.
You’ll collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Enablement, Finance, and Operations leaders to turn insights into scalable improvements.
This is an ideal opportunity for an analytical, technically capable operator who enjoys solving complex problems and helping build a stronger revenue engine.
- Build, maintain, and continuously improve dashboards and reporting for Marketing and SDR/BDR leadership, tracking meetings, SAOs, sourced pipeline, capacity, attainment, and other top-of-funnel objectives.
- Own analytics across the Marketing-to-SDR/BDR and early pipeline funnel, analyzing lead and opportunity volume, velocity, conversion, and performance at each stage.
- Analyze funnel performance by segment, program, channel, SDR/BDR, territory, and persona to identify opportunities to improve pipeline quality and operational efficiency.
- Support campaign and program setup, ensuring accurate tracking, attribution, data capture, and funnel reporting.
- Own and refine lead lifecycle processes, qualification criteria, scoring approaches, routing rules, and assignment logic to improve speed-to-lead, fairness, and alignment with GTM coverage models.
- Monitor and improve the quality and integrity of lead, contact, account, and early-stage opportunity data through enrichment, deduplication, and ongoing data hygiene.
- Evaluate, implement, and optimize SDR/BDR technology, including sales engagement, intent, enrichment, lead scoring, and routing tools, measuring adoption and business impact.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to Marketing and SDR/BDR leadership on messaging, scripts, sequences, follow-up motions, and other activities that influence conversion.
- Partner with Enablement and other stakeholders to translate analytical insights into operational changes and scalable best practices.
- Document end-to-end top-of-funnel processes, including lead lifecycle, routing rules, qualification criteria, handoffs, and ownership, keeping documentation current as processes evolve.
- Partner with Marketing, Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, SDR/BDR leadership, Enablement, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to maintain consistent measurement and execution across the revenue funnel.
- Identify process and technology gaps, recommend improvements, and help establish scalable operational practices as the business grows.
- 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, or Sales Operations, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Demonstrated experience partnering directly with Marketing and SDR/BDR organizations on lead management, including scoring, qualification, routing, campaign operations, enrichment, and performance analytics.
- Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to work with complex datasets, identify meaningful trends, and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations for GTM leadership.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end revenue operations and business processes, with particular depth in top-of-funnel strategy and execution.
- Hands-on experience with GTM technologies such as HubSpot, LeanData, Outreach, Nooks, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cognism, ZoomInfo, 6sense, and Salesforce; experience with AI-powered tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with SaaS and revenue marketing metrics, including pipeline coverage, cost per meeting, cost per opportunity, ARR, MRR, CAC, churn, and expansion.
- Strong data management and process orientation, with an understanding of data quality, attribution, enrichment, deduplication, and funnel integrity.
- Ability to connect operational data with business outcomes and make recommendations that improve efficiency, conversion, and pipeline generation.
- Strong business acumen and technical aptitude, with the ability to understand complex systems and collaborate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to present analytical findings clearly and influence decisions.
- Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a dynamic, rapidly evolving environment.
- Self-directed, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of problems and driving solutions independently.
- Salary: $84,000 USD per year for roles based in Boston, Chicago, New York, Austin, Phoenix, Las Vegas, Seattle, Washington, or Dallas; compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and geographic location.
- Eligibility for additional rewards, including merit increases and annual bonuses, depending on role and performance.
- Opportunity to work in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment with significant exposure to Marketing, Sales, Finance, Enablement, and Revenue Operations.
- High level of ownership and visibility, with the opportunity to directly influence pipeline generation and revenue performance.
- Opportunity to work with a modern GTM technology stack spanning marketing automation, sales engagement, enrichment, intent, routing, analytics, and CRM platforms.
- Collaborative environment that values diverse perspectives and experience.
- Opportunities to develop expertise across revenue strategy, data analytics, GTM technology, and operational optimization.
- Location-specific benefits and additional elements of the total compensation and benefits package may apply.
