Job Description

Mortgage SaaS Account Executive

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Mortgage SaaS Account Executive based in the United States.

This is a high-impact enterprise sales role focused on transforming how mortgage lenders, servicers, and credit unions access and manage insurance information. You’ll build and scale a pipeline of national and regional financial institutions while owning the sales process from initial outreach through close. The role combines consultative selling, technical discovery, and strategic account development in a complex B2B SaaS environment. You’ll work closely with prospects through pilots, security and compliance reviews, and production implementation to drive successful conversions. You’ll also expand revenue within existing accounts by understanding evolving customer needs and connecting them with relevant product capabilities. This is a fully remote opportunity suited to an early-stage GTM professional who thrives in an ownership-driven, fast-moving environment. Success in the role will directly contribute to revenue growth and the modernization of insurance workflows across the mortgage ecosystem.

Accountabilities:
  • Build and manage a strong enterprise sales pipeline through targeted phone, email, social media, industry networking, and other outbound channels.
  • Identify, engage, qualify, and close new business opportunities with mortgage lenders, mortgage servicers, and credit unions.
  • Lead consultative discovery conversations that focus on understanding customer challenges, operational workflows, and business objectives rather than relying on transactional sales tactics.
  • Own complex sales cycles involving technical scoping, information security, legal, regulatory, procurement, and other stakeholder reviews.
  • Guide prospective customers through pilots and proof-of-concept initiatives, taking a hands-on approach to maximize conversion into production contracts.
  • Develop tailored pricing packages and commercial proposals aligned with customer requirements and secure the necessary internal approvals.
  • Prepare comprehensive sales meeting strategies, including agendas, presentations, demos, scripts, and supporting materials.
  • Grow ARR within existing accounts by maintaining a deep understanding of customer needs and connecting those needs to current and upcoming product capabilities.
  • Partner closely with customers throughout production projects to support successful adoption, retention, and expansion.
  • Contribute industry expertise and thought leadership through articles, posts, events, and other content that strengthens market positioning.
  • Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to develop relationships with prospects and strategic partners.
  • Operate with strong ownership, transparency, creativity, and collaboration in a distributed, fast-paced environment.
Requirements
  • Proven quota-carrying experience selling SaaS software to mortgage companies, mortgage servicers, or credit unions.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex enterprise sales cycles from discovery through close, including technical, information security, legal, and regulatory reviews.
  • Deep knowledge of the mortgage, credit union, or insurance industry and a strong understanding of the challenges facing financial institutions that manage insurance information.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to uncover business needs, establish credibility, and position solutions around measurable customer value.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with particular strength in clear, persuasive, and responsive written communication.
  • Ability to operate effectively in an early-stage or scaling GTM environment where priorities evolve and individuals are expected to take significant ownership.
  • Strong organizational, pipeline management, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM, lead-management, and other modern sales technologies.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical, product, legal, security, and operational stakeholders.
  • Highly proactive, resourceful, and tenacious approach, with a willingness to find creative solutions and move opportunities forward.
  • A collaborative mindset focused on team success, constructive disagreement, continuous improvement, and high standards of execution.
  • Bonus: Programming experience in any language and familiarity with SQL databases.
Benefits
  • Healthcare: Company-sponsored health, dental, and vision insurance for employees and dependents.
  • Equity: Generous equity grants, giving employees an opportunity to share in the company’s success.
  • Unlimited PTO: Flexible paid time off designed to help you recharge and maintain sustainable performance.
  • Fully Remote: Work remotely from anywhere in the United States or Canada.
  • Home Office Stipend: $1,000 to create a comfortable and personalized home working environment.
  • Friday Lunch: Friday lunch expenses are reimbursed.
  • 401(k): Employer match of 3.5%.
