Position Type/Hours:
Full-time, on-site position. Core office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Position Purpose:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Manager to lead and elevate our electrical engineering team. This role blends deep technical expertise in industrial automation and custom machine controls with people leadership, with a primary focus on strengthening electrical design excellence, solving application challenges, advancing controls architecture and standardization, improving safety and regulatory compliance, and increasing financial awareness across the team.
This leader operates with a servant leadership mindset by removing obstacles, developing people, and ensuring the team delivers safe, reliable, practical, cost-effective, and on-time solutions without unnecessary process constraints.

Technical Leadership
Project Execution and Resource Leadership
- Plan and maintain up-to-date resource planning for the electrical engineering team, ensuring projects remain properly staffed while adapting to project changes and business needs.
- Ensure design, hardware, software, testing, and documentation deliverables are defined, sequenced, and completed in alignment with overall project timelines.
- Partner with operations leadership and project management to develop realistic schedules, resource plans, commissioning plans, and milestones.
- Establish clear accountability within the team for meeting commitments and deadlines.
- Introduce and instill strong financial ownership within the electrical engineering team.
- Collaborate with project management and leadership on scope, budgets, change management, and risk management.
- Ensure engineering decisions align with customer requirements, machine performance, lifecycle support, and overall business objectives.

Salary Range:
$160,000 - $205,000 per year (DOE - Depending on Experience)
