This is a senior technical billing role focused on complex corporate benefits processes, data accuracy, and operational excellence.
You will take ownership of detailed billing analyses, personalized allocations, reconciliations, and critical inconsistencies.
The role requires close collaboration with clients, insurance operators, and internal teams to ensure reliable information and timely resolutions.
You will work across billing platforms and systems, validating data and maintaining consistency throughout the process.
Your expertise will also support service-level compliance, productivity and quality improvements, and process automation.
As a technical reference, you will help develop and guide junior analysts while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

- Conduct detailed and complex billing analyses, identifying, investigating, and correcting inconsistencies while ensuring data accuracy.
- Perform complex customized allocations and validate calculations according to client requirements.
- Coordinate the preparation, submission, and verification of files exchanged with clients and insurance operators.
- Manage and monitor copay exemption processes, ensuring proper documentation and traceability.
- Perform and validate system entries while maintaining data integrity across billing and client platforms such as Qbem and Quiver Pro.
- Prepare customized payroll files according to individual client requirements and validate the associated information.
- Manage invoice extensions and support the resolution of complex billing occurrences.
- Act as a technical interface with clients and insurance operators to investigate and resolve issues within established SLAs.
- Support negotiations of billing-related requests with insurance operators when required.
- Monitor productivity and quality indicators and contribute to maintaining operational performance.
- Support leadership in implementing process improvements, automation initiatives, and more efficient billing workflows.
- Train and guide Analyst I and II team members, sharing technical knowledge and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with established SLAs, quality standards, processes, and data integrity requirements.
- Completed high school education is required; additional education in finance, administration, accounting, insurance, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in billing, reconciliation, financial operations, or other complex administrative and financial processes.
- Strong Excel skills, including advanced formulas, data treatment, pivot tables, and analysis of large datasets.
- Solid knowledge of billing, reconciliation, and operational systems, with the ability to work across multiple platforms.
- Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills, with attention to detail and a structured approach to identifying discrepancies.
- Ability to investigate complex issues, validate calculations, and maintain high levels of data accuracy.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, particularly when managing multiple demands and short deadlines.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, insurance operators, colleagues, and leadership.
- Proactive and collaborative profile, with the maturity to act as a technical reference and support less experienced professionals.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality, accuracy, and compliance with established SLAs.
