This role offers the opportunity to shape ServiceNow solutions that improve risk management, vulnerability response, and operational effectiveness for complex organizations.
You will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, translating business needs into scalable platform solutions.
Working across government and commercial environments, you will facilitate discovery sessions, map processes, and define requirements that support successful implementations.
You will collaborate closely with developers, architects, and platform owners to ensure solutions align with ServiceNow capabilities and industry best practices.
The role combines ServiceNow expertise, business analysis, consulting, and customer engagement in a highly collaborative environment.
You will contribute throughout the delivery lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design through testing, adoption, and continuous improvement.
This is an opportunity for a customer-focused consultant to work on challenging ServiceNow initiatives while continuing to develop their technical and consulting expertise.

Accountabilities
  • Engage business and technical stakeholders to identify, document, validate, and prioritize requirements for ServiceNow implementations.
  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, process-mapping sessions, and system or content reviews to understand current-state and future-state workflows.

  • Apply ServiceNow IRM and Vulnerability Response expertise to help design solutions that address organizational risk, compliance, and vulnerability-management needs.
  • Participate in discussions related to data models, integrations, platform structures, and user experience to ensure solutions support business objectives.
  • Contribute to Agile delivery activities, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, user acceptance testing, and other implementation ceremonies.
  • Coordinate UAT activities, validate delivered solutions against defined requirements, identify defects or gaps, and support issue resolution.
  • Act as a liaison between business units, IT teams, and ServiceNow delivery teams, ensuring clear communication throughout implementation projects.
  • Provide project updates, status reporting, stakeholder communications, and training or enablement sessions as needed.
  • Help ensure implementations follow ServiceNow best practices, organizational standards, and platform capabilities while supporting successful user adoption.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3–5+ years of business analysis experience, including at least 2 years focused on ServiceNow implementations.
  • Demonstrated experience facilitating requirements-gathering workshops, stakeholder interviews, and system or content reviews.
  • Experience designing and documenting business processes, creating user stories and acceptance criteria, and working within Agile delivery environments.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow data structures, tables, workflows, and platform capabilities.
  • Demonstrated expertise with ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Vulnerability Response (VR) modules.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder-management abilities.
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear and actionable technical and functional solutions.
  • Strong customer-facing and consulting skills, with the ability to build trust and communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

  • Remote work flexibility within the United States.
  • Strong emphasis on work-life balance and employee well-being.
  • Collaborative environment focused on professional development, continuous learning, and career growth.
  • Opportunity to work on challenging ServiceNow initiatives across government and commercial environments.
