Construction Superintendent in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania at SST Direct

We are seeking 2 experienced Construction Superintendents for direct hire opportunities with a growing General Contractor located in King of Prussia, PA. This role is responsible for managing daily on-site construction activities and ensuring commercial projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

• $120,000-$135,000 (depending on experience) plus Profit Sharing
• Travel Regionally Required

Responsibilities for Construction Superintendent:

• Manage daily on-site construction operations
• Supervise subcontractors and field personnel
• Ensure work is completed according to project plans, schedule, and budget
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and owner representatives
• Enforce safety standards and site compliance
• Lead job site meetings and maintain project documentation
• Oversee quality control and project close-out

Qualifications for Construction Superintendent:

• Minimum 5 years of commercial construction field management experience
• OSHA 30 certification required
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and scheduling
• Proven leadership and organizational skills
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and project teams
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
